As the dust settles on another exhilarating Daytona24, it’s time to reflect on our journey, lessons learned, and the camaraderie that defines Asimetric Racing. While victory may have eluded us on the track this year, the experience was far from lacking in excitement. Off-track adventures were plentiful, new friendships blossomed, and a myriad of nicknames emerged, adding to the rich tapestry of our community.

A warm welcome is in order for our debutants whose initiation into the world of endurance racing at Daytona promises future thrills and challenges. Special thanks to JC for his invaluable streaming assistance, even if we spent a few nail-biting hours staring at a blank screen!

With the dawn of 2024 upon us and fueled by the momentum of Daytona24, it’s time for Asimetric to kick things into high gear. Admittedly, my presence was somewhat subdued in 2023 due to work and life commitments, but now, I’m eager to reignite our collective passion and drive.

While major iRacing events remain firmly on our radar, we will also expand our horizons by participating in community events and leagues under the Asimetric banner.

Organization is key to our success, and I believe that many of you possess the skills and resources to contribute meaningfully to our endeavours, there’s a role for everyone to play in elevating and expanding what we’ve built together.

As we stand on the cusp of a new year filled with endless possibilities, I’m excited about the journey ahead and the countless memories we’ll create together on and off the track. Here’s to a thrilling 2024 for Asimetric Racing!
